1. How I Work
I provide administrative, operational, and business support tailored to your needs.
Each collaboration is different, so the exact scope of work, priorities, and ways of working are always agreed together before we begin.

Clear and open communication is important for effective collaboration.
You can expect:

3. Confidentiality & Trust
Your business information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Anything you share, including documents, systems, or internal processes, is used only for the purpose of supporting your business and is never shared with third parties.

4. Data Protection
I work in line with GDPR and UK GDPR principles.
This means your data is:

never used outside of our collaboration
If needed, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can be provided.
5. Flexibility
I understand that business needs evolve.
Where possible, I aim to stay flexible and adapt to changes in priorities, workload or direction, with clear communication on both sides.

6. Boundaries
While I aim to be supportive and proactive, I do not take responsibility for business decisions, outcomes, or strategies implemented by the client.
My role is to support, organise, and assist, not to replace internal decision-making.

7. Ending the Collaboration
Either of us can decide to end the collaboration, with reasonable notice and clear communication.
If this happens, I will ensure a smooth handover of any ongoing work where possible.

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect how I work. The latest version will always be available on this website.
